Family photography isn’t just for celebrating milestones! It’s so important to capture memories regularly as your family grows.  Your children change so fast as they grow, and you’ll want to remember them at every age – even the difficult ages! We all snap away regularly on our phones, but the pictures aren’t always right for the walls and we don’t always have time to create albums or prints.  Plus there’s always someone missing – normally mum, behind the camera!

Professional family photography can seem quite scary if you’ve never done it before, and you might be worried about how your child will react to the studio environment, especially if they’re still quite young. I’m used to all ages and all characters in my studio, so don’t worry if your child is shy (or grumpy, or poorly, or teething, or just right in the middle of the terrible twos!) It won’t bother me and we’ll still get great shots. I have plenty of props, lots of backgrounds and endless patience! I spent lots of time talking to your children and playing silly games to make them feel relaxed and capture their most natural smiles and expressions.

The studio comfortably fits two adults and two small children, and I can sometimes accommodate larger groups depending on the ages of the children and the sort of images you’re looking for. I can also sometimes offer family lifestyle photography out on location, so feel free to get in touch to discuss this.
